Electricity in the tent/caravan - 5€ per night (you should have your own cable, about 30 m long)

Electricity to charge the phones and bike batteries in the kitchen - free

Check in - after 3 pm

Check out - before 11 am

Earlier check in - 1€ per person per hour

Later check out - 1 € per person per hour 

Sometimes I can host one vehicle/caravan. 10€ per person per night +5€ for the caravan per night.
